Hot Pink Ombre Lips

Hello everyone!

I did this look a while ago but never got around to making a blog post about it and now I'm trying to get more in the habit of blogging about certain looks that I do. For this subtle ombre lip look I used Wet N Wild's lipstick in 511B on the outer edges of my lips, and blended Maybelline's lipstick in 015 Born With It into that going inwards. then I dabbed a tiny bit of Maybelline's lipstick in the shade 840 Coral Lustre near the center of my bottom lip followed by a touch of a shimmery off-white eyeshadow by Flirt! Cosmetics called 11 Honey Lemonade. To top it off I finished with a gloss by L'Oreal from the color Juice collection called 200 Pink Grapefruit.

Pink and purple dip-dye!

Yesterday I decided it would be fun to try to an ombre/dip-dye kind of effect. I decided to use a purple by Punky Colour that I had diluted with conditioner a while back when doing a test strip. I didn't know what the results would be considering my hair has had many layers of color put on it over the past couple months, however; I do really like the results I got.

Today I bought more of my pink dye that I use on the rest of my head (Pink Fetish by Splat hair dye) and I am going to be refreshing my color this weekend since I haven't dyed the rest of my hair in about 6 weeks. Anyway, I'm very happy with the result that came out of this spontaneous decision.
